Some argue bullies are a natural phenomenon playing a valuable role in social development, while others feel bullies are threatening our happy-places and tearing down our chances for enjoying life. This website is a place for the neutral players in the bullying game (the by-standers) to meet, greet and hopefully put an end to the taunts that have become a normality in the lives of many.
